Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
X Second week of our Thruster Club in the weightlifting session on Monday. Lots of reps means lots of fun!
X Second week on the 8-week deadlift cycle on Wednesday.
X For the skill sessions this week we focus on the rope climb (Tue) with some pre-fatigue as well as on the push jerk (Thu).
