X Monday is our special "13 Heroes in 12 Hours" Fundraiser Event!

X We will adjust our programming cycle after today to fit within the week still.

X This Saturday is The Wild One Throwdown! Come support & help out if you would like!

X Clean Cycle will be on Wednesday

X 24.1 Progression work will be on Friday with Deadlifts as our strength work!

6am - 6pm: We will program a different Hero workout every hour on the hour!
