Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual, here is the most important information about this week's training and current progressions!
1) we start into a 5 week squat clean progression on Monday in the weightlifting part. We will test a 1RM at the end of the cycle.
2) On Tuesdays we also start into a four week workout progression of 24.1. That means Athletes perform the same movement combo but with different formats!
3) first Friday of the month which means there is a benchmark workout in the schedule. This month's benchmark is 'Joker'
