Hi Untamed Team,
We hope you all doing great.
As always here is a quick overview about the week and upcoming progressions:
1 ) MON - weightlifting under fatigue: we will practice some heavier loads on the power cleans with elevated heart rate
2) WED - we start into a shorter 4 week Back Squat cycle - the goal here is to work towards a 1RM by the end of the cycle
3) TUES - Halloween WOD!
