As usual here is the most important information about this week's training and current progressions:
We finish both our running progressions this week:
1) TUE - the final week of the Handstand Hold/ handstand walk progression. We finish the progression with a small tester!
2) WED - it is also the last week of the leg endurance cycle!
UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS:
1) In the weightlifting part, we will start a 5-week squat clean progression on Monday, October 28th. We will test a 1RM at the end of the cycle!
2) on Tuesdays we also start into a four-week workout progression of 24.1!
