Hi Wild Ones!


We hope you all doing great.

As always here is a quick overview about the week and upcoming progressions:


X we start into a new progression this week:

X WEDNESDAY | 4 week Deadlift endurance cycle. The goal for this cycle is to work on deadlift endurance. We will work towards a 20RM in 4 weeks from now

X Outside of that you guys will always still see some weightlifting & skill work each week!

X FRIDAY | Be ready to get after a well known Hero Workout - Hotshots 19!
