Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
* CURRENT PROGRESSIONS*
X We are in the second week on the clean & jerk complex on Mondays weightlifting session. This weeks weight will be mostly dependent on how well Athletes can move on the S2OH!
X we start into a four week skill progression for the handstand Push-Ups. The goal for this progression is to build strength, great positioning and work on the kipping handstand Push-Up as a skill.
