x MON | fourth week of the back squat endurance cycle. This week is an easier week in terms of overall volume.
x TUES | it is the last week for our Grace progression on Tuesday, that means athletes perform the 'real' Grace today
x THURS | the strength piece is a strongman session.
x SAT | this weeks team workout includes a nice 'Cindy' Variation.
