Here are some notes for the upcoming week:
x MON | third week of the back squat endurance cycle.
x TUE | it is also the third week on Grace progression: Today we have 'drop it Grace' which is basically 30 reps for time - but all reps performed as singles
x Thurs | on Thursday workout we included a fun team workout (which also could be performed as an individual)
x SAT | this week's team WOD is from open 2021 inspired - 3 more weeks until the start of the open
