We hope you are all doing great.
Here are some notes for the upcoming week:
x MON | second week of the back squat cycle. We work with intervals to accumulate quite a number of reps. The focus is on a fast rep speed.
x TUE | also the second week on our Grace progression: We work with a similar progression like last week but reduce the intervals from every 30 seconds to every 20 seconds.
x for the skill parts we have some DB work in the Thursday session. Also the workouts show some gymnastic skill focus this week: Kipping HSPU (Wednesday) & Muscle Ups (or variations) on Thursday.
