PROGRAMMING INFO
Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) WED - We are in the last week on the Power Clean Cycle. that means athletes have the chance to work toward a new 1RM Power clean today
2) THU - It is the fourth week on the HSPU Progression. We finish the progression with 2 x AMRAPs as our tester!
3) FRI - Chipper Friday for everyone! It will be a leg heavy repeat one so be ready!
NEW PROGRESSIONS IN OCTOBER // NEXT WEEK
1) TUE - We start into a 4 week HS hold/walk progression. Similar to the handstand Push-Up progression we will work both on positional strength as well as the skill for the walk and handstand Hold.
We know not everybody needs to learn a handstand walk but learning a new skill, strengthens the mind muscle connection and challenges the athletes to improve the feeling for their bodies.
2) WED - we also start into a fun leg endurance cycle. This is a 4 week cycle that will improve leg endurance, focus on an efficient wall ball movement as well as a strong core. We keep the same combination of Front Squats and Wall Balls throughout the whole 4 week cycle.
With the beginning of October we change the class structure again:
