Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual, here is the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) WED - We are in the third week of the Power Clean Cycle. We will work towards a new 1RM Power Clean next week. This week we will work with the hang position & regular Power Cleans
2) THU - it is the third week of the HSPU Progression. We will work a lot on positional strength & basic skill development here for the upcoming 4 weeks.
3) For other strength parts this week, athletes work on the Push Press on Monday and Bent over rows on Friday.
