Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
CURRENT PROGRESSIONS
X we are in the third week of the Push Press Progression in Mondays strength work. Athletes will work with a paused single this week. Athletes will work towards an 1RM in week 4 on the 22.09
X we are also into the third week of our 4 week Clean Progression. The tester here is an 1RM Hang Clean next Tuesday (23.09)
X for this weeks skill pieces athletes have T2B conditioning on Thursday. These 'Conditioining' sessions are great to build capacity!
