Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
* CURRENT PROGRESSIONS*
X we are in the second week of the Push Press Progression in Mondays strength work. Athletes will work up to a heavy triple. Athletes will work towards an 1RM in week 4 on the 22.09
X we are also into the second week of our 4 week hang Power Clean Progression. The tester here is an 1RM Hang Power Clean on the 23.09.
X This Saturday is Mud Girl, a mud run in Washougal WA, sign up if you can! We have a group going together! Let us know if you go so you can be included in all the communication!
