PROGRAMMING INFO
Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual, here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions!
With the September we start into two new progressions:
1) MON - Labor Day! We are going to get after a HERO workout!
1) WED - Power Clean cycle for the upcoming 4 weeks. We will work towards a new 1RM Power Clean!
2) THU - it is the first week on the HSPU Progression. We will work a lot on positional strength & basic skill development here for the upcoming 4 weeks.
3) It is the first Friday of the month, so we will perform another benchmark workout!
