Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
* CURRENT PROGRESSIONS*
X we start into a 4 week Push Press Progression in Mondays strength work. Athletes will work towards an 1RM in week 4 on the 22.09!
X we also start into a 4 week Hang Clean Progression. The tester here is an 1RM Hang Clean on the 23.09!
*OTHER*
X First Friday of the month, which means athletes perform a benchmark tester. For September this is 'Helena'.
X Golf gathering is this Saturday at Edgefield! Be on the look out for announcements about this!
