PROGRAMMING INFO
Hi Untamed Crew,
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) MON - we will test our 1RM Back Squat on Monday and finish the 5 week back squat progression!
2) TUES - Conditioning day! Boot Camp has the same workout!
it is also the final session on the jump rope skill session.
3) WED - Clean complex work!
3) THURS - Pull Up skill work! Working on quick manageable sets!
UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS IN SEPTEMBER
1) WED - Power Clean cycle for the upcoming 4 weeks. We will work towards a new 1RM Power Clean.
2) THU - it is the first week on the HSPU Progression. We will work a lot on positional strength & basic skill development here for the upcoming 4 weeks.
