As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
*CURRENT PROGRESSIONS*
X We are in the final week of our 9 week squat cycle. Athletes will test their 5RM on Monday
*NEW PROGRESSIONS*
X Next Week (01.09) we start into two new progressions: a 4 week Push Press Progression (1RM Tester on the 22.09) as well as a 4 week Hang Clean Progression (1RM Hang Clean Tester 23.09.)
