Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
CURRENT PROGRESSIONS
X We are in week 8 of our 9 week squat cycle. This is the last session before Athletes will test a 5RM next week. The session is great to build confidence and know what to aim for next week
X We are in the last week of the skill gymnastic progression (Thursdays). As in the past weeks we keep working on bar muscle ups and included some strict pulling strength work for beginner & intermediate athletes
OTHER
X Grinder workout in Thursdays session! 🔥
X We don't start in any new progressions next week // there is the 5RM tester on Monday.
X With the beginning of September we start into 2 new progressions: a 4 week Push Press Progression as well as a 4-week Hang Clean Progression
