Hi Untamed Crew,


As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:


*CURRENT PROGRESSIONS*

X All workouts are inspired by the past weekends CrossFit Games Events!

X We are in week 6 of our 9 week squat cycle. This is the 2nd half of the cycle!

X We are in the week 2 of a 4 week skill gymnastic progression (Thursdays) - We are working on muscle ups or strict pull ups


As always, STAY WILD & have fun with this weeks training!
