Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here is the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
*CURRENT PROGRESSIONS*
X We are in week five of our 9-week squat cycle. This is the second half of the Squat cycle. Which means no more pause and regular front squats!
X we start into a 4 week skill gymnastic progression (Thursdays): we will work on the bar muscle up for athletes that are close to a bar muscle up or already have bar muscle ups or Strict Pull Ups
*OTHER NOTES*
X Isabel on Tuesday to finish out our Power Snatch cycle!
