Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) STRICT PULL UPS | Week 3 of the 4 week Progression every Thursday.
2) BENCH PRESS | it is also the 3rd of a 4 week bench press progression.
Athletes go a bit heavier than last week, but try to hit the same reps (or more) in the max set!
3) Strongman work for EVERYONE Wednesday!
4) Thursday is still conditioning day!
