Hi Untamed Crew,
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) STRICT PULL UPS | second week of the 4 week Progression every Thursday.
2) BENCH PRESS | it is also the second of a 4 week bench press progression. Athletes go a bit heavier than last week, but try to hit the same reps (or more) in the max set!
3) FRONT SQUATS | Friday we will have front squats
4) HSPU skill work Wednesday + Burpees over partner!!
