Here are the three most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) WED | this is our final session from the 9 week deadlift cycle. Athletes can test their 1RM Deadlift today.
*UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS JUNE / start next week
BENCH PRESS | 4 week bench press progression. This progression is about volume /Athletes can test a 3RM Bench Press on the 29.06!
