Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) WED | 8th week on our deadlift cycle. this is the last week before we do a max out next week!
2) WEIGHTLIFTING | fourth & final week of the Overhead Squat progression. Athletes can build to a heavy single!
3) For the skill work we have Hollow Holds & Jump Rope practice!
