Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the most important information about this week's training and current progressions:
1) TUE| final week on the T2B/Pull Up Cycle. Athletes perform the retest from the first of April and try to get a faster time!
2) WED | fifth week on our deadlift cycle. We keep working with cluster sets here.
3) WEIGHTLIFTING | we start into a four week Overhead Squat progression!
3) FRI | We are attacked The Box Programming Benchmark called "The Incredible Hulk" which is a straight barbell AMRAP so be ready!
