Hi Untamed Crew!
Here are the most important information about this weeks training and current progressions:
1) Mondays - we start into a 5 Week strict Press progression. We will work with different formats here and will test their 1RM strict Press in week 5!
2) We also start a 5 Week Squat clean cycle every Wednesday. Athletes have the possibility to work up to a heavy single at the end of the cycle (26.03)!
3) The CrossFit Open start this week. Workouts will be on Friday for ALL Classes!
