Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual, here are the most important information about this weeks training and current & upcoming progressions:
1) We will finish both the Back Squat progression on Monday as well as the Pull-up Progression on Tuesday.
2) There will be no benchmark test in march, as the Open are around the corner.
3) Power Snatch work on Wednesay!
UPCOMING PROGRESSIONS //starting next week (24.02)
* 5 Week Strict Press progression. We will work with different formats here and athletes will test their 1RM strict Press in week 5 (24.03)
* 5 Week Squat clean cycle // Athletes have the possibility to work up to a heavy single at the end (26.03)
