Hi Untamed Crew!
As usual here are the three most important information about this weeks training and current progressions
1) 4th week on the 8 week back squat cycle. Similar concept to last weeks, but this week we build up to a 3RM. Make sure you note down your weight / we will re-test in the second half of the cycle (starting next week)!
2) It is the final week on the T2B Progression on Thursday. We test our capacity in a classic EMOM format. This is a great benchmark test!
3) *NEW PROGRESSION* from next week on we start into a Pull-Up Progression which focus on developing the kipping/butterfly pull-up for intermediate athletes as well as building capacity for RX/RX+ Athletes!
