As usual here are the most important information about this week's training and current progressions:
1) Second week on the 8 week back squat cycle. Similar concept to last week, but this week athletes build up to a 5RM. Make sure you note down their weight / we will re-test in the second half of the cycle!
2) It is also the second week on the T2B Progression on Thursday.
3) for the weightlifting pieces there will be a different Clean Complex variation in each session for the upcoming three weeks!
