x MON - Third week of the Shoulder Press. Today Athletes work up in weight to a heavy set of 3 reps.
x WED - We are in the fourth week on the Overhead Squats. Back to tempo work - athletes work up in weight to a heavy double
>> We will test both movements (Shoulder Press & Overhead Squat) next week
x For the skill parts we work this week on Rope Climbs (Thursday)
