Here are some notes regarding the upcoming week.
X Last week of the thruster club - we re-test the same formats as 4 weeks ago and work up in weight to a heavy single
X fourth week on the 8-week deadlift cycle on Wednesday - we go a bit heavier than last week, but keep the same format.
X for the skill sessions this week we focus on the shoulder to overhead (Tue) as well as the handstand walk (or variation) (Thu).
