I’m passionate about all things fitness, especially endurance sports, and have spent over 20 years inspiring and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals.
Throughout this journey, I’ve taught a variety of fitness classes and worked as a personal trainer, always aiming to be my clients' biggest cheerleader.
There’s nothing I love more than watching people conquer their goals. Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time with my boys, cycling (with a special love for mountain biking), skiing, hiking, running, strength training, and baking!
