I first started CrossFit in 2011.

I have always loved working with people and helping. Fitness has always played a part in my life, so the decision was easy.


I wanted to become a trainer because I loved training CrossFit and the transition from training and competing to coaching felt so natural that I knew I had to follow it. While I was just training with others I was already helping and coaching some and so I wanted to be able to do more.
