We know you get busy and can't get into the gym consistently as you wish and it is hard to workout at home, during a work trip, or vacation on your own with no idea what to do. We are here to help by providing you a home/travel friendly program through our gym's SugarWOD programming app.
What does the programming include?

WARM UP
2 Rounds:

BODY WEIGHT VERSION
3 Sets:
1:00 Max Burpees
1:00 Max Alternating Jumping Lunges
1:00 Max Box jumps *STEP DOWN (24”/20”) Or Tuck Jumps
1:00 Max Air Squats
1:00 Rest
NOTES:
* This is a "Fight Gone Bad" style workout. Aiming for max reps on each station.
* I recommend counting up! For instance, if you get 30 burpees, start at rep 31 for the first jumping lunge.
* Aim for unbroken reps on all minutes except the jumping lunges. These are going to get tough! Aim to hold sets of 10+ with quick rest breaks.

NOTES:
* This is a "Fight Gone Bad" style workout. Aiming for max reps on each station.
* I recommend counting up! For instance, if you get 30 burpees, start at rep 31 for the first dumbbell snatch.
* Aim for unbroken reps on all minutes! This will get difficult by the time you get to the single dumbbell thrusters, do your best to stay tough.
